Who Are We Looking For?

✅ At least 5 years of relevant experience – Other experiences are great, but our clients demand proven expertise.
✅ Fluency in German and English (B2 level or higher) – Work credentials must already be in place.
✅ Self-driven, solution-oriented, and pragmatic – We need professionals who don’t just say the right words but live them in practice every day.
✅ Quick thinkers and fast learners – You must be able to adapt to shifting projects and priorities without constant supervision.
✅ Problem anticipation – If your first instinct isn’t to Google before asking, we’re not the right fit.
✅ Professionalism at its core – Be on point, communicate clearly, think ahead, and maintain proper hygiene and manners.
✅ Industry expertise – Experience in Biotech, Pharma, or MedTech is preferred, especially in Quality (QA, QMS) and Regulatory Affairs.
